Hi, I’m Jen Miranda, Client Relationship Manager at Paul & Dixon Insurance. As a lifelong New Bedford resident, I’m passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses throughout New Bedford and the surrounding South Coast communities with their insurance needs.
I graduated from Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational-Technical High School before earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minor in Finance, followed by my MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. My background in business, finance, and customer service has given me the skills to provide responsive, personalized service and help clients navigate the insurance process with confidence.
Although I’m newer to the insurance industry, I’ve worked with insurance in various professional settings and understand the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships. My goal is to make every client feel supported and confident that they have someone looking out for their best interests.
I love getting to know the people I work with and becoming a trusted resource they can count on whenever questions arise. Whether you’re reviewing your coverage, exploring new insurance options, or simply looking for guidance, I’m here to help.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me travelling, discovering new destinations, and seeking out my next adventure. I enjoy experiencing new cultures, trying new activities, and making the most of every opportunity to explore.
